- Incidents require screenshots of the mobile application errors.
- In incidents related to driving statistics a screenshot of the driving tab with the filter "from the beginning" is required.
Send a contact form via the mobile application for the incident
- In order for us to process the incident, a contact form has to be submitted from the mobile application.
- The contact form contains necessary information on the functioning of the mobile app in order to resolve cases.
- The process for submitting a contact form from the mobile application pictured below.
- You can write e.g. "Problems with the app" as the title and message.
- You can also attach screenshots to the contact form in the mobile application.
